Having lots of Issues after getting serviced at Bloomfield BMW

Last week I went to Bloomfield BMW in NJ,to get my 08 bmw 335i 6MT serviced I went and got my vehicle check done, brake fluid changed, oil changed, microfilters and battery recall. Before going to the dealer my car had no problems. Now post service my car is throwing out codes saying increased battery discharged. The first day I had the car back, it said coolant levels are low and the car battery died on me at another shop (same day), the next day of having the car back my car did not want to go faster than 65 mph and the fan was louder than ever before. Now the techs at Bloomfield are saying that I messed up the car drive home the next day because "I probably didnt have it in the right gear." Note I been having the car for more than 2 years with no problems.

What should I do with these people?

Escalate to their Service Manager

Escalate to their Service Manager, and see what he/she has to say. If you're not satisfied with the response. Go to another BMW dealership.

Doesn't sound like they reprogrammed the new battery correctly. You can also try to find out who the BMW Regional Tech Service rep is, when he will be at this dealership, and raise hell with him. Their explanation is absurd..

Calling BMW customer service daily will get their attention..
