CT license plate law
So i have been thinking of getting a euro plate but i know in CT you need to have your official plate on the front and back of your car.
im just looking to get some input from CT residents who have a euro plate and how often you have been pulled over for it.

Typically it seems CT is pretty lenient with regard to front plates. That is to say I think it's unlikely you would be stopped just for that issue. If they've got you pulled over for something else, however, I'd expect them to cover the missing plate along with whatever else they see.

when i had my e46 i never put a front plate on and never had a problem, even with 15% tint never once got pulled over. i did have it up in the front window even though it was barely visible/readable

looks good, I guess I am going to go plateless lol. Now I just have to decide whether I want to use bumper plugs or epoxy and touch up paint

I've had no front plate on my car for well over a year and have had no issues. For what it's worth, two people I know that had euro plates did get pulled over and told they need a front plate. One of them even had his real license plate numbers on the euro plate up front... Anyways if I were you I would either do CT front plate or none. I think the cops won't bother you with none as much as they will with a euro plate for some reason
