Has it been sprayed before (front bumper)? [Alpine White]
Saw this bit of weird paint/skin that feels like its stuck to the body even though it should of ended at the edge where the parking sensor is.
Tried to rub it out / off with finger nail but feels like its part of the paint or is it just some gooey wax residue?? Thanks peeps. image hosting over 2mb how do you print screen

It does feel like its attached to the bumper.
I tried to pry it out with finger nail but it was sort of attached to the bumper but not the sensor itself. it felt all squeegy and paint like, but remained attached to the body. So I had some suspicion that it was painted or touched up...

Don't think paint would remain squidgy and attached. Could it be an imperfection in the hole drilled / punched in the bumper for the parking sensor? Possibly a piece of slighted melted bumper plastic?

The part that overspray is on is a rubber seal. That looks like its had a smart repair or been blown in and they didnt remove or mask the sensor very well.

I'm not sure.
It definitely felt like it was attached and not just some gunk that's wedged in there. I will take another look. It feels like oil based paint type stuff? Where it feels gooey. Like dried pva glue, where its rubbery, but it was the colour of the body which was strange but it felt all rubbery and strange.

I'm sticking with my idea. You should offer a prize for who guesses the correct answer!
Make sure you come back and let us know whatever it turns out to be......

With both being white, its hard to tell. Could be caked on polish, could be paint. Might be worthwhile to use a claybar to see if it shifts. Don't stanley knife if out as its easy to cut through the PDC sensor seal. My neighbour did that to his 1 Series to fish some ingressed polish out
