New coding profile, will it reset existing coding modifications?

I've been reading through how to setup and start coding in an attempt to remedy an issue I'm having with my angel eyes. I've already had some coding done to the car by another user. In reading up on the topic I came across a note that the setup process will effectively write over a blank/new slate that will undo non-factory coding.

Will setting up my computer to code for the first time undo the various changes already coded to the car? Obviously I can redo everything that was done, but I am just trying to prepare myself so as not to freak out and worry that I bricked something.

Thanks

No, it won't because you always need to read some ecu first to write any changes then. No worries, you won't break anything doing coding things.
