Conditional Requirements:
- No cracked, scratched, or scuffed screen, or burned out/warped LSD
- No "cracks" on the AP itself
- Must be unmarried at time of purchased
- Comes with its OBDII cable (I don't care about the other crap)
- The Warranty seal is not broken or signs of being tampered with
- Available for pickup
If the price is right then I will go with the v2 over the v3. Technically I don't want to spend anything over $400, and I only want it from someone locally.
