ODB2 reader that is CANBUS compliant?

Came across http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...9SIA0XA0851767 which is a cheap ODB2 scanner that is CANBUS compliant. I know there have been threads about scanners but the cant always read every BMW code thrown. I don't know if part of that issue is those scanners arent CANBUS compliant, so maybe this is a cheap reader that would work for us? Anyone have any experience with this one?
