can the dealer do coding?

I'm doing and lci rear conversion and need my tail lights coded. No one within a 20 mile radius does coding around me. Was wondering if I could have the dealer do it.

Most the dealers are capable of doing coding but I doubt if they really know how to do it.

Dealers program only with ISTA/P. They do not code.
