Does er charge pipe (metal) for 2009+ modles come with a coupler to connect to the lower upgraded metal charge pipe on the vrsf intercooler.
Thanks

I have a '10 with a VRSF IC and an ER charge pipe. They fit together fine. The ER charge pipe comes with a silicon coupler for the lower charge pipe (that connects to the IC).

Yes, it definitely comes with a coupler. You're good to go.

ER products are on holiday sale !

The long version fits any vehicle with any of the popular intercoolers.

The only time the long version may not fit is if you ordered a short version ER FMIC cause your vehicle was a 2007-2008 then you must order the short version charge pipe. This is a rare occasion but it is something to be noted for others.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

We recommend everyone to get the long version regardless of year as it eliminates the flimsy stock rubber elbow. That elbow is a restriction and inhibits flow.

I have a 2008 335i with the long version ER charge pipe and VRSF 7" HD FMIC. For those who plan to run this setup, you need to buy a 3" to 2.5" 45 degree coupler since neither the ER CP or VRSF FMIC come with this. You can find it for $10-15 online. Not that it really matters for me, but I'm curious why the ER CP is reduced to 2.5"?
