New Oct MF Thread
Well just got back from my pre-lease end inspection as well as signing my credit application for the 335xi cp. My CA did a couple look ups for me and I thought I would provide the info. I'm sure some out there will not believe this but for those that are not in complete denial then here you go.
Oct 335xi coupe MF = .00275, residual = .60 (my order) Oct 335i sedan MF = .00255, residual either .60 or .61 (didn't pay enough attention) Just be happy these are at lease lower, November numbers will surely be lower too. Keep this in mind, the MF on an M5 is .00350 and the darn X3's are at .00315 because there is quite a demand on them from what my CA tells me. |

Wouldn't it be great if someone with official information could post all the numbers for all the models: MF and residual, for 335, 328, i, xi, coupe, cabriolet, wagon and sedan. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I didn't ask on the others as they didn't really apply to me. And btw, this is official information for the two models listed.

I wonder if the MF for the 335xi and 335i are different?

Geeze guys, it would seem to me that you could just call your CA and ask.

yeah that's true. I'm still trying to avoid calling until i have to come in. haha. still trying to hold out until november delivery. But highly unlikely as the ship is 2 days ahead of schedule according to other members. You're one step closer than I am though.

I agree with the group that these numbers are high but I'm just excited to get the car, as I am sure you all are too. That 4.9% rate did look nice but I just decided to go on the lease because I get bored with cars so quick. The lease just works well for me. |

Finance it is......
I just called my CA and he's checking the finance/lease numbers for me. If it's .00275 mf versus 4.99% finance rate, I'm just going to pick it up next week and finance the car. I wanted to lease, but the rates are just too high. Plus in PA, they have this stupid tax rule where it's 6.5% to buy, and 9% to lease. Really negates a huge portion of the "lower payment" incentive in leasing for me. And I really don't want to speculate what next month's mfs are going to be. Chances are, it will probably drop down a little, but I doubt it wil go back to the .00200 we had in August. SO, if all goes well, I will have my brand new bimmer next week!! Can't wait!
