Procede 9-10 Map stage1 Log inside

Been trying to learn the ropes on logging and getting nembers in check. Robert at Vishnu and Wedgeperformance have been very helpful on getting me started. Next step will be to get a backend flash to open up some fueling.

Mods: Procede 2.5 v5 9-10 maps 111 firmware, stage1. Catless DP's, AA Catback, AA BOV, ER Oilcooler, BMS DCI, AA Race intercooler waiting to be installed.

I ran stage 3 but it was way too agressive for my lack of fueling.

Ya, log looks bad, fueling all over the place but you didn't hit the 34% limit. The timing drop at 4.6k rpms is pretty ugly. Why are you using start boost at 10% and boost control 65%?

If my starting boost is any higher than 12% my boost level gets too high and fueling flat lines at 34% and AFR's get real lean. I don't understand timing I have read but still don't get it. What are things I could do to fix it?

Some of your settings must be messed up if you can only go to 12% on start boost. You see on the left where it says Boost 0% and Boost 100%, what are those screenshots?

I haven't adjusted anything except for global settings in Map1 and running map 1. Below are my table for 0% and 100%

Go to digital outputs on the left hand side, lower dynamic (d) value in pid by .2 points. Also lower your boost control gain to 45% down from 65%. Next put the ol fueling for map one and two to 75%. Set starting boost to 60% in map 2 and put map 1 starting boost to 30%. Please post log after doing these things, please log timing so we can see if there are issues anywhere else. If you can swing it get an openflash, it will be worlds better than the piggy alone. The high boost control gain is likely sending the fueling through the roof as the ecu doesn't see it coming without a flash.

sorry
About boost PID properties you talk about "Derivative" PID ?
The default settings are :
Proportional =0.500000
Derivative =0.90000
Integral =0.059999

The derivative value determines the rate of onset, as first derivatives are rates of change. Lowering this value will decrease the onset so your afrs don't spike quite so bad. Try lowering the value by .05 at a time until it smoothes out.

As TT-Tom said:
Also lower your boost control gain to 45% down from 65%.
Boost Control Gain is a number that the 'cede biases it's WGDC table from. The procede learns a % bias and that shows up in data-log "Wastegate Compensation %" this has a 10% range from -5% to +5%.

After resetting your boost control gain you need to reset wastegate compensation via the procede dash control menu, I think it's one of the options under 4.

Datalog your 'wastegate compensation %' if that number hits 5% then you can bump Boost Control Gain by 5%, reset and start logging again. Increase this value until you're between -2% and +2%.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Secondly you should only start tuning this value until after you have your fueling issues resolved. Prior to flashing a procede backend flash you can accomplish this by selecting all the Open Loop Fuel table 1 values from 120-255 and RPMs 0-7000. Then hit PGUP until 7K RPM including 6375 RPM from 153-255 is at '61'.

Reset all adaptions on your car, you need to do several 3rd gear pulls and then start data-logging fuel trims. You should be at 20 and under.
