E90 LCI Interior differences, what are they? Center console length?

What changes were made to the e90's interior with the LCI models? Is the center console the same exact size, and the dash? I ask because my center console (pre-lci) was peeling. So I ordered one off ebay, that is from an lci model, and unless I'm doing something wrong, the center console doesn't seem quite long enough. Thoughts?
