I don't know about you guys, but I feel better knowing it's past the bottleneck and in the right ocean now.

So does anyone know how to continue tracking it on that site? Part of their site seems to indicate that you can track the west coast but I can't figure out how to go anywhere but Europe and New Zealand.

Yeah i'm not sure how to track the west coast. I did see someone post a snapshot of it showing the whole coast, but i myself do not know how to do that. I had to PM one of the guys on the sticky that had links to different parts of the world using ais. He ended up messaging me back with a link to the panama canal area. If no one can figure out how to switch to the west coast, i'll have to ask him again.

Just got back from Morton's across the street so figured I needed to sober up before F1 qualifying and post some links for each spot on the west coast:

South West USA:

Los Angeles Approaches:

Los Angeles Harbor:

Port Hueneme doesn't have a specific site on this map so we are SOL...

You actually race Formula One? Or are we talkin' video games here?

Thanks for the links. We can keep a pretty good eye on it with those.

Oh, I guess I assumed you were driving because you wanted to sober up for it.

Very cool! Can anyone get in there with the drivers or did you get some kind of special access?

Unfortunately it's pretty restricted. My company is a sponsor for the Williams team so we went for one weekend. Kinda expensive, the weekend for tickets alone was $3900/person. I had been to a bunch of F1 races before but this was the coolest experience. Except for the fact Schumacher wouldn't stop for a still photo.

lol yeah it seemd like schumacher was trying to get past you, but you still got a pic with him in the picture. haha. That's pretty cool how you got those pics though. My company sponsors montoya's nascar team and he came to our company's fan fest one day when there was a race in northern cali and he was walking by after signing autographs and my buddy who was wearing his F1 ferrari shirt yeled out YOU MADE A MISTAKE LEAVING F1 MONTOYA! while he was walking by and montoya just smiled. haha

anyways, good find on the AIS links forza.

Cheers man, thanks to the mini cooper board. Those guys have many good resources.

Schumacher was definitely not interested in talking. I was bummed, he just said he was busy and rode away but was still cool that we got to see him.
