What is the timeline until delivery, does it move right onto a ship? etc?

THe car is coming to Canada

The Bavarians drive it for a while. Then they zero out the odometer and put in an air freshener, and off it goes.

Check out the vehicle tracking sticky for more detailed information, but in general, it takes about a week to be loaded onto a ship, then about 3 weeks on the boat, another week through VPC and on to your dealer. That's 5 weeks (give or take a week depending on conditions, etc.).

My car finished production 9/3 and I'll be picking it up Monday 10/8 -- right about 5 weeks...
