MOST - how do I tell?

Maybe a stupid question and may have been asked before but a quick search didn't have the answer.

How do I know if I have MOST in my car?
It's a 2006 e92 with pro idrive (ccc)
Unfortunately it has no USB so I want to add this function somehow, oem retrofit or dension or mobridge etc.

I seem to need MOST to be able to do this so kinda want to know how I tell if I have this or not

If you have CCC then you have MOST network...you should have a MOST diagnostic connection under the driverside steering wheel above pedals.

Also if you remove the passenger side rear seat pillar you will see the green fibre cables going to a junction box...

Tichx - thanks, that clears it up nicely and I now also know the company I WAS going to use for an install can get stuffed!!!
I'm off back to my usual ice installer, maybe a little bit more expensive but I know they don't talk sh**

MOST - Media Oriented Systems Transport

Used in lots of Audio related systems and generally car specific over fiber optics

On my dension I've got an iPod and a memory stick at the same time.
You can also add a DAB module too that is a wired connection, not the crappy FM transmitter sort.
You can also use certain portable hard drives with it too instead of a memory stick

A Dension 500S (make sure its the S, the cheaper one isn't and doesn't support MOST)
You can also choose if its a BT model which has bluetooth handsfree and music streaming built in, and finally if its a dual FOT one, which means if you have a CD changer you can keep that fitted too
