First off, why do you want/need a spoiler? Is it to improve down force or for esthetic reasons. If it is for downforce you will want to look at wind tunnel or independent testing results. If it is for esthetics, you will have to be the judge of what 'looks best' to you and within your budget. Hope this helps.

well i need it for both actually hehe! its just that i dont understand how to look at those testing results, if there is any...but the most important reason i need the front spoiler is for additional downforce, when i drivin to mad rivers, the car felt as if it was floating...i was going ard 100mph...any suggestions which one i should purchase ben? thx =)

I really doubt there's any need for additional downforce on a street car. If you really do want something that will increase performance you're going to be looking at a lot of cash compared to the cosmetic versions. I havn't actually seen any non-cosmetic lips for E90's either. Maybe someone else has and can comment though.

For black car, any lip will look good.
I have an alpine white, and it needs something real clean. Hartge lip's design is the cleanest out there. Just make sure it doesn't crack on the way to here from germany.

![]() ![]() Seattle eh? nice place. I am trying to transfer to UW this year, hopefully I'll be in seattle by fall. ![]() I'll probably make a visit to Horsepowerfreaks to check out there E90 turbo kit setup in person. It looks pretty damn sweet so far. Everything in the right place, but lets see how well the tuning goes, which is the hardest part. Slapping on turbo and some piping isn't a tough task anyway. I was once deciding for Hartge or Hamann. I ordered Hartge front lip with Hamann Eyelids instead. ![]() Whichever lip you get, you can't go wrong. really. Just stay with name brand design. Good luck with your decision. ![]()
