2008 335i C.P.O warranty question

I have a 2008 335i that the driverside door actuator went out, dealer wants 450.00 to replace, valve cover gasket needs replacement , oil filter housing gasket needs replacement, oil cooler housing needs a new gasket. Would any of u know if any of these are covered under a C.P.O warranty. Thanks

All should be covered under CPO

Got a call from the S.A and the oil filter housing gasket, oil cooler gasket, valve cover gasket, and I.b.s retrofitting cable all covered by c.p.o and my door actuator not covered by warranty...

Is CPO and Extended Vehicle Protection Plan the same? Apparently, I got the same issue with my 2008 328i and I have the Gold plan, but dealer says the actuator's not covered as it's actually considered to be part of the body and not power locking system (sounds like BS). Dealer wants $800 to replace the front door actuators so I said just replace the fuse for now. The curious thing is in the comments, the service advisor put in as "CPO not covered", when I actually don't have CPO warranty, so go figure.

I have just c.p.o warranty and the actuator wasn't covered. I paid about 400 for just the driver door. I don't know what's the difference between the gold and basic c.p.o... But u can call bmw n.a and they will tell u. I had called them about the actuator and they themselves told it's not covered.
