Interior Door Handle Replacement part

Hi guys - Does anyone know where I can get the specific part in the diagram (preferably new)? Or have the exact part number? Real OEM only lists the entire arm rest, and it's pretty expensive. This is for a sedan, front driver side.

if realoem show that it's a single part, then that usually means you can only get it as a single piece. I hope I'm wrong lol
