Clear side lenses and blacklines

So I'm looking to replace the side lenses on our sedan because the plastic is starting to look old but I'm torn as to whether I should go smoke or clear. The car is sparkling graphite with chrome trim and silver wheels. Would clear lenses look off or would the smoke look off? I eventually want to get blacklines... would clear side lenses still look good with blacklines in the back?

My coupe is black with smoke lenses and smoke tail lights... I think that works well but I'm just not sure about the sedan.

Any thought?

I couldn't stand the bright silver against an otherwise grey side profile, so I got a can of tint and sprayed two light coats. Couldn't be happier.
