Solutions are dependent on year of car.
The Pro Radio is different on the newer cars
usb and bluetooth are built in to the radio .
On older cars they are separate modules.

My Indy likes the Dension but some people don't.
Since you are UK based I suggest you contact this guy
in the following thread . He is very knowledgeable on all the audio
stuff and BMW coding and is London based.
