BC racing coilovers - who's running them?

Had a quick search around and they seem to have mixed reviews so just wondered if anyone on here could voice their opinions on them, ride quality etc

My heart was set on eibach pro steet coilovers as I've had them on previous bmws but they are a 5 week wait so I'm considering other options.

Do people rate bc coilovers or should I hold out for the eibachs?

Looking at the BCs as well. Talked to a guy in CA and he recommended BC shocks with Swift Springs.

I just fitted them to my car. I love them. Comfy and good handling. Got mine in 3 days from placing the order. I got them through Sumil (P5UML username on here). Contact him.

Craig, I've been thinking about them for mine too. From the people I have spoken to they are highly rated for the price, well made and very well specced. There is better out there, but bang for buck, they are very very appealing.

Yes ^ which is why i didnt hesitate to pull the trigger also the people that talk them down are comparing setups that are an additional 3rd of the cost or its just ancient. Reviews always check the date
I found that they are the best IMO

I arranged a group buy a while ago for these but should be able to still get them at a very good price! If interested pm me and il see what I can do.

I use them, gaza just got a set, awbimmer, safety James, Tyso, AzRiz to name a few and we are all really happy with them! For the price they are awesome the handling is great too!

The adjustable shocks also are great for adjusting the ride quality! Iv had mine on for about 18months now and love em!

As Sumil has said, I just fit these to my car last weekend. I am really surprised at how comfortable they are at such a low ride height and the handling is awesome. The build quality looked and felt great so I am confident these should do well in terms of reliability. Highly recommended at this price! Sumil can sort out a great price including super quick delivery so it is well worth it.

Interested in the BC BR coilovers. Hows ride quality compared to stock sport suspension? How do they compare to the KW v1/2's? How about ohlins r&t?

in my opinion bud the BC's is pretty on part comfortwise with Msport but alot more held down when cornering etc.
the shocks are 30 click adjustable between hard and soft settings so once you have played about with adjusting it to your liking your car becomes a pleasure to drive.

i can deck my car to the ground for shows and still ride comfortably and raise it when i want, no real difference in comfort.

How easy is it to adjust the ride height & dampening of these coilovers? Slightly tempted myself if easily adjusted, only downside I have heard of is a knocking that a few members have complained of but that may be the drop links that come with them or possibly I'm thinking of another post, I'm getting on a bit now!

hey mate, same coilovers with the knocking, if you have that problem i can pretty much say it is the drop links which are easily replaced IF you do have the problem and this would resolve the knocking issue.

in terms of adjusting the height if your fairly savvy and dont mind getting your hands dirty its a simple job fitting them is more difficult of course but once fitting there are plenty youtube video's showing how to adjust the height of coilovers

in terms of adjusting the dampers couldnt be easier, a knob at the top clearly visible with you open your bonnet to adjust the fronts, and you can buy extenders for the rear if you like to constantly change the comfort of your ride.

Cheers, yes I've changed shocks & springs on my previous two cars so shouldn't be a problem.
