Question Would you buy this car?

2009 Sedan 335i xDrive, Space Gray, 6 MT, Black Interior, M-Sport, Cold Weather, Premium, Navi/iDrive with 46,500 miles, and $31,900 (Un-negotiated price)?

If it was a CPO, then yes, a no-brainer! But would you risk buying this car, as is?

Also,anyone know what theLogic7 StereoSystem/Package is?

Thanks for your inputs in advance!

If the Carfax is clean that sounds like a really great price for any 2009 with M-Sport especially one as loaded as that one seems to be.

The Logic7 is an upgrade to the speaker system. After spending a weekend with a 2010 335i without the upgrade it turned out to be a deal-breaker for me when shopping for a 2010 because the base speakers (non-Logic7) were really that bad. I've heard the base 2009 speakers are slightly better than in 2010 but the Logic7 is really nice to have esp. if you listen to music a lot

Nope. I got a 2007 335i with 56.5k miles with 2 sets of rims, tires, carbon fiber vented hood painted to match space gray, the oem hood, in manual, navi, all the packages, for 25k. Forgot to mention, it's a hard top convertible.

Hmm that's a tough one since it's not CPO but a fully loaded car with M Sport with pretty low miles does sound about right IMO. I think I would buy it if it was in the $27-29K range though.
