Tyre Help
I need some help!
Basically Im having rear passenger side rubbing despite having my arches rolled. Im running 265/30/19, Falken 452 on driver side and Falken 453 on passenger side. On closer exam of the tyres: the 453 is more vertical on the sides in comparison to the 452.... which is still causing the rubbing. Would anyone suggest any pairs I could swap to that dont have such vertical edges, or anyone with the same set up but different tyres? Many thanks for your help! P.S 452's have been discontinued and 453's are the successors! |

I would buy a pair of Falken 453 in either 255/30 or 235/35. The 255/30 will probably solve the issue and the 235/35 definitely will. Alternatively, take it to a GOOD alignment place and get them to increase rear camber to about -2 to -2.5 degrees.

The vertical sidewall you are talking about can be made less vertical by getting a smaller tyre size which is why I am suggesting the smaller sizes. I personally run 235/35/19 in the rear (Goodyear Eagle F1 As2) as I don't drive the car particularly hard (race starts etc)
