Why does my car shake more after driving over bumpy road once?

The car sort of shakes when driving not smooth roads. Resumes smooth ride when back on smooth road.
Especially in the rear shakes so much.

P.s it has been softer before using the coilovers.

Garage List
Please tell us what ...
-Wheel/tire combo
-Suspension (KW, etc, and what settings, if it has settings)
-How many miles on that suspension
-How much you lowered the car front/rear

Do you have run-flat tyres? I believe it to mainly be a combo of run-flat tyres and sloppy subframe bushes.

Rims are Oem 230 style + 2012 Bridgestone Potenza RFTs tires and Kw1 installed 2 months ago. I don't know how low but the highest has been set.

P.s 2008 335xi

Best!

Remove the RFTs. They are one of the worst RFTs you can get, assuming they are similar to the same tyre we get here in the UK.

Agreed. I'd remove RFTs and consider M3 subframe bushes to further fix the squirmy feeling.

I'll repeat what the previous two posters said; it's the RFT's that are killing your ride quality. Ditch them for some better rubber like Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
