Got tial bov installed with cp-e charge pipe and the bov doesn't look like its operating, can't see the valve movement... Not sure what spring it came with in the BOV tho

I would fiddle with the bov spring might need to be adjusted did you buy it new or used

New from cp-e, didn't really ask about the spring tho...
