So after I installed walbro 255 inline fuel pump my fuel gauge start acting weird. When i fill it up all the way it doesn't go past 3/4 tank. And it won't go less than 1/4 tank it just freezes there. Checked one more time fuel level sensor isn't touching anything. And looks like adjustable to me i adjust it all the way to the right, still same problems. Maybe move the top of the sensor all way to the left which brings the sensor more down...

Some people have had simillar issues after a swap. Google your problem one of the results should be on BB. The guy has yet to find a solution despite signifigant troubleshooting. If you are still under warrenty I would suggest that route.

try disconnecting the battery for a few hours...

Buy a new float assembly/bucket/ or do fuel it kit for $440 and sell the inline. It will fix the issue, also could be you didn't plug the plugs back in correctly on the top of pump there is 2 plugs that are identical
