235/35/19 275/30/19...can someone show me what this looks like?

I am getting new wheels but I realize that 235-35-19/275/30/19 is probably a slightly taller tire than stock.

Can anyone running these sizes post up and let me know how they like them?

This is not what you asked for, but it should give you an idea. I chose 18's versus 19"s for better handling, but the 19's do look better. The tire height will be about the same.

I highly recommend hanging out on the Wheels and Tires section. Many pictures of different setups and experiences.

I'm running:
Apex EC-7 wheels and PSS tires:
245/40-18 x 9 et 31
285/35-18 x 10 et 43

I might try 255/295 when I'm due for new tires.

I'm running those specs on mine. 19x9 and 19x10. Wheel gap is minimal on stock suspension. No rub. Although I wish my fronts were a bit lower. I'll take a pic later tonight.

I am running the Bilstein B12 prokit, which is Eibach prokit springs on Bilstein B8 dampers. It should be about the same as the eibach prokit on another strut.

It may be possible though that the Bilstein B12 offers a bit more drop in the front (which I like) based on all the pics I've seen.

Yes I am. If you get the Eibach's, get Koni's to go with it.

These are the factory 230 style wheels. Front is 19 x 8.5 inch et37 and the back is 19 x 9 inch et39.

I could put a 10mm spacer to be flush... not sure?

I am running 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 lowered on eibach prokit, stock shocks/dampers. Have been running them for two summers now with no issue, other than the tires being cheap-o and noisy when they get really warm (Nexen tires...bought them for cheap). You should have no issue, since you're a Pre LCI e90.

I just came across a set of wheels for sale and they're sized Front - 225x35x19 Rear - 265x30x19. I have a 2010 335i xDrive sedan and was wondering if I would have any fitment issues.

Thanks in advance!

You won't have any problems. I run 225/40/18 and 265/35/18 and have no issues. Although I will be going to something different next time since they're almost too far apart in diameter for xDrive. (1% exactly)

On second though, you might want to do some more research, I just saw somebody say that the rears should never be larger than the fronts. In that case you should go down to a 255/30/19 which will still be within 1%

If you can find the source that would be great, my rear difference is larger than the front.

I have never heard of anybody say the rears should be smaller than the front, except somebody quoted me on that this morning. I'm not sure where he heard it. I've searched and couldn't find any evidence that supports that. My rears are 1.008% bigger than my fronts and I haven't had any issues with this setup after about 8500 miles.

that's cool, because my 285's are 0.5% larger than the front and has been running well for me.
