11571 Code + CEL

Hello,

i drive a FBO 07 335i and suddenly i got a cel with no engine powe rreduction.
I logged with the procede interface the trigered code is 11571. i could't found anything about this code on the list.

If i clear the codes, after two or three engine startups it comes again.

Help me because i am on holidays...

Thank you in advance!!!

Quick tip is to just google the Procede code with to hex after it. (11571 to hex) that is the code everyone will recognize and you can search. Turns out it is 2D33 Which is intake pipe absolute pressure sensor. Check the plug on the tmap sensor on the chargepipe and go from there. Best of luck

So we are talking about this part http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E90-335...gine/ES514362/ ???

Should i clean the sensor with a special tmap sensor fluid?
Would this fix the issue?

Did someone else have the same engine code or issue?

Thank you again.

Yeah I would just check the wiring and clean it before buying a new sensor. Carb or intake cleaner will work fine. The one you linked is in the intake plenum manifold not the code your getting wouldn't hurt to clean it though. You want to check number 6 in the link. (13627585493)
