SoCal powder coating?

So I got a quote from a local shop they are charging me $200 that includes sand blasting and powder coating the wheels in satin black. Does this sound about right? I've never had anything powder coated before so I don't want to pay little and get poor quality. Also any other shop recommendations are appreciate it. thanks
