I used these in my E46 for a year and have the original boxes for them:

1 JL audio 500/5 amp
1 pair XR525CSI component speakers
1 pair XR525CXI Co Axial speakers

All in very good condition. Asking for $695 shipped for all

I only selling them b/c I just order a new pistol and didn't want to fork out the cash in pocket.
