Going to get under there and look to see if I can loosen y pipe and get a bit of wiggle room and persuade exhaust away from touching tunnel. With all the room in the tunnel you would think HPF could have designed the exhaust to fit much better. Even if you get it perfect with other DPs it is still 1/4" or less from tunnel.

The rear hanger fits correctly but I may swap it out for a solid bushing since the play in rubber allows the exhaust to move and make contact with tunnel. The other issue seems to be where the Y-pipe meets the dps is off slightly and angles the exhaust into tunnel when tightened. Found this review below about this issue.

I am sure they fit correctly but they are still allowing the rear to sag more. Cutting them and adjusting the tips then rewelding them could correct this. I had to do the same thing when I fit my AE exhaust to my DD quad diffuser and now it lines up perfect.

Look at how the other pipes are effecting the rear tips. Are they being pushed down by the rest of the exhaust? Can u bend the hangers on the car itself to it sits better. How about aligning the exhaust from the rear to the front? It's hard to say exactly with out seeing it but I had this issue and it was corrected with new hangers welded in to fix alignment, fairly easy.

Sounds like a lot of trouble your having for an exhaust that drones like crazy when a custom 3" could be made.

Sorry for the delayed response man. Have you got this issue sorted out yet? If not I can crawl under my car since I FINALLY got it back lol. Side note, these RB Billet+ 11 blades are INSANE compared to the regular RB's!!! Back to the exhaust, I looked and mine has the hangers the same etc... I don't remember, did you have the spacers for the skid plate?

I got it a bit better, I don't have middle plate since I have the M3 brace.

Well the one solid solution I have is to get rid of that "noise isolator" mount and go with a solid steel L bracket and you can tighten it up and raise it a 1/2"-1". Then the solid bushings on the rear should help as well.

Alright so i was giving you shit about this exhaust, mainly for the drone. How do you like it? One came up locally for sale and thinking of making the switch the only issues is I have DD quad Diffuser, and would want to keep that so would need to get quad tips.

Not auto and before I had RBs but catless ear sex none the less! You might have to copy paste the link because I'm posting from the app. Also, I was running low boost because I was having clutch issues...
