That's odd...my tial BOV was loud enough

R u auto? The BOV won't make that "woosh" sound unless you let your foot off gas

6MT with a custom tune. Tried WOT, revving in neutral - no sound.

The Tial is quiet, but definitely audible. Check all the connections, do you have a straight vacuum line from the top of the BOV to the manifold? Is the 90° fitting correctly positioned on top?

I have Tial BOV installed, it is quite, can hear it when letting off throttle with the windows down but in cabin only hear it when WOT

I have a reducer in the middle connecting the line from the BOV to the OEM manifold line.
