Just copy the YouTube link and paste it directly into the post. It will automatically be embedded.

I'm having the same issues, video just won't embed. It keeps giving me "an error occurred" message when I preview the post. I can post the URL, but it just posts the link which takes you to youtube at that point. Can anybody help at all?
