Well ordered some parts from VRSF, my spare M359 that I cracked to replace and some other stuff.
My wheel and the other stuff came in perfectly to my address and now my VRSF Catless Downpipes are no where to be found. They state that they are delivered but I was home all day on the delivery date I saw no FedEx truck only acknowledged UPS as I was outside cleaning my car and swapping coils and installing my JB4 Cable.
Has anyone else had issues with FedEx of this happening to them? What could I do? Messaged Tiago as soon as I saw that they were "delivered" but not in my site and letting him know about the situation.

FedEx drivers steal stuff all the time. Happened with a Galaxy S5 a while back... Luckily a buddy of mine works for FedEx and manages the drivers in my area, had the driver docked and at&t ship out a new one that day. Said it's fairly common...

I LOVE UPS, I know the guy that always brings the stuff to my house and is always early on shipments and knows where to put my items. I hate dealing with others to be honest.

When I ordered rotors and pads the ups guy couldn't carry it to the front door like he usually does. He just left it by the garage. Lol. Ask your neighbors if they got your stuff

I collect exotic tropical fish and ordered a black arowana online. they usually ship to whatever destination overnight, within 24 hours. They shipped via fedex. I was at work and had someone at my residence to accept the fish and put it in the tank when delivered by checking online tracking. sure enough, i see it has been delivered and call home to check. it had not been delivered. i then called fed ex and spoke to a customer service rep who transferred me to the manager at the last recorded fedex location before the package was loaded on the truck for delivery. she then tracks down the driver to find out they had decided to just stop delivering, mark everything as being delivered, return the truck to the fedex facility, and take off early (it was a friday afternoon). she yelled at him (had me on another phone while she used her cell to call him and i could hear in the background lol) to get to my address and deliver the package which contained a live animal lol. so he got to my address and delivered the fish. Since this is a tropical fish, and the heat packs in the packing would have died over the weekend, and it was 40 degrees out, the fish would have sat in the truck all weekend and come monday when the driver decided to deliver the rest of the packages from friday, i would have received a cold, dead, waste of money fish. lol

fed ex sucks.

You know what really grinds my gears? When USPS or whoever tries to deliver something once, at 2:45 on a work day and then says you have to come pick it up in 5 days or it gets shipped back to the sender!

I've had numerous complaints about delivery services lately. I had to stop getting things shipped to my apartment. One time a package went missing and the drivers response was 'Well, i left it at your door. Sometimes shit happens.'

Just had bad experience with Fed X shipping my VRSF intercooler. Box damaged badly, outlet on cast end tank bent, carefully bent it back, what a shame as intercooler was beautiful.

Most people don't know this but FedEx drivers are just random contractors. UPS and USPS have staffed employees on a payroll, FedEx does not for the most part. Usually someone franchises a FedEx location and just hires contractors to deliver their stuff as it comes in.
