Changing engine oil from Oem to Mobil 1 advice
Hey guys gonna start doin my own oil changes and will
Be doing them more frequently . I have decided to use mobile 1 0-40 . Is it ok to just dump the Oem oil and fill Up with Mobil ? Should I put through a engine flush ??! |

No engine flush, If you kept up with oil changes there's no reason too, plus I've heard horror stories on other cars with those flushes.
Just buy Mobil 1, and on the jug it should say compliant with BMW LL-01, and buy a Mann oil filter. If you're doing your own oil changes, buy a bulk pack of the filters from ECS or somewhere online IMO |
