FS: e9x M-tech perforated shift knob
SOLD $75 shipped. Briefly used, but in 100% mint condition. I separated the knob from the boot in order to use it with the stock boot, so you would be buying the knob only but I will include the boot it came with if you want. These are my pics of the knob with the stock boot. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by oldaccount; 12-05-2007 at 02:03 PM.. |

Is the M-tech boot any different from the stock boot?

it is, but not to the point of mattering.
its a slightly different leather if you look at it really close, and it has 4 seams (one comming from each corner) instead of the two seams (comming from the front two corners) that the stock boot has. you wouldnt even be able to tell it was a different boot unless someone pointed it out to you. The main difference is that it was originally connected to the knob. |

the OEM boot is slightly smaller at the top than the one that comes with the shifter. i just got the knob only, and it hangs over a bit in the back.
