Quick maintenance question... doing coils soon, plugs too? FBO guys advice needed

When I bought my car ~72-73k miles, it started misfiring so the previous owner had a faulty coil pack replaced, and while they were in there the mechanic installed new spark plugs. Not sure what brand or gap, but around 78k they were good enough to do 418/439 wheel on map 7 and 2/3 e85.

I'm now at 80k. Wiring in a dp fix and replacing the cowl because of the broken tabs soon, figured while I was in there I may as well do coils because 4 are still original.

Should I do plugs as well? I'm fbo, and I know the increased load means plugs don't last quite as long... how long are you guys running your plugs?

Replace your plugs every 30k miles or so which is half the interval bmw recommends on a stock car assuming nothing goes wrong with them, and if you have the spare cash laying around might as well replace the other 4 coils since they are inexpensive and you should be better rest assured that one won't fail soon.

Yeah, doing all the coils. $28/ea

I've heard of earlier plug intervals like 15k etc, just wanted to see what the general consensus was

At $60-80 for a set of all 6 plugs, I'd do it. It's super cheap while you're already in there for coils.

I'm FBO and do mine every 20k. There was a very noticeable difference when I swapped them out at that interval. The old ones were fouled to shit, but I probably need injectors too...
