Hi, I need a little help from those with experience of using BMW carly system.

I want to code my folding mirrors everytime I lock/open the car, I can code it using the remote but as mentioned would like it set up so it does without having to think about it!

as far as I'm aware you can only code it so you push and hold the lock button to close the mirrors. That's all I've been able to achieve with mine.

Haven't managed to get the app to recognise the car for coding.

if you code the timing to 0.0 delay it will do it automatically!

Have you left the ignition on aswell as configuring it to your car i.e the model and year?

IIRC when I coded mine the only option via the carly app was 1sec.

Got mine to close instantly with just one press as normal. Do you have the latest version of the app?

Thanks. I think that's the problem. Even though I'd configured it for my car, and the correct model is showing when I open the app, it's misleading because I have to reconfigure whenever I open the app again. Then I do "connect to battery" and from then it seems to work to do the other bits. Although haven't tried any coding yet.
