does it come with instruction on how to install it? It's just double sided tape for both, correct?

yes, installaton is quite easy because both item comes with 3M tapes.
won't take you more than 30 mins to do that

Are you offering just the M3 spoiler w/o roof spoiler? Is this OEM spoiler? If so how much painted and shipped to AR 72058?

the new E92 M3 trunk lip spoiler is "the same" as OEM one.

btw... Can I have a closer picture of how the roof spoiler should be installed? Should I put it on top of the "edge" (the black plastic part surround the glass)...
