Spark Plugs and Coil Pack changes...coding needed?

Now I've had the 335i for three months now, I want to start doing preventative maintenance to it.

So next, Spark Plugs and CoilPacks... Pretty sure I know how to change them, but not sure if they need coding afterwards (I haven't got any of the coding / diagnostic tools, and don't have a laptop). Just wondering if any coding etc is needed before i buy the gear, and end up at the point where I fall over at the final hurdle.

Thanks

Really easy job changing them too! I did mine last weekend, I'm not great at working on cars and it took me a little over an hour

Ace - coilpacks and spark plugs bought. (£210 for the lot from ECP). Will give it a go and try to document the process with pictures for anyone who is interested.

So, changed them all out at my mate's garage today. Think it took longer to take all of the cowling off tbh!!

Anyway, didn't seem to be any oil where there shouldn't be. Picture of the old plugs below...

Took the thing out for a good thrash yesterday morning. All ok and felt great.
Took it to work this morning... CC-ID-29.

I hate this thing at times!!!
