Low vacuum pressure??

So basically I have been getting 30ff codes on wot above 5500-6000 rpms. I've been replacing vacuum lines. Checked my DV's. Even when I pull the cap on the brake booster I can hear air being sucked in. Wouldn't that mean I'm getting vacuum pressure? What else can be causing my 30ff. I have really bad wastegate rattle and wondering if my wastegate a are stuck? Any help is much appreciated. I've been dealing with this 30ff for a while and cannot stand it anymore want to go fbo but no point With this 30ff though.

Have you tried testing the wastegates

It's a bit complex. Also boost solenoids can be on there way out.

How many miles on vehicle?

Would doing the solenoid bypass mod be a way to see if my solenoids are not working correctly? If I disconnect the solenoids and the 30ff goes away wouldn't that mean the solenoids aren't functioning properly?
