Is this something PDR could repair?

Obviously that's subjective to the PDR skill set, but just curious. Car came back like this after my Indy had it, and I plan to have them pay for any repairs. But I want to know my options.

I think you can fix it yourself with a heat gun. It will pop right out. Do not heat it up too much though. Not worth spending more than $200 for something you can do yourself.

I'll try to get more pictures uploaded so we can see if that's a good idea. I'm confident in anything I do, but there's some things I leave to experts. I appreciate your input
