MHD Exhaust Burble
In saw this option in MHD but I haven't tried it yet. What does it do and how does it work? Any downsides?
Our cars burble a little bit as the fuel is cutting off on decel. Does this option prevent the fuel from cutting off?

fuel dumps into the exhaust and then magical unicorns fart out popping and gurgling noises.
