All studs in good shape, no broken bolts. All hardware needed to install is included. Original gaskets also on there and I'm sure they could be reused if you wanted too. I can also install if you want to swap out your aftermarket

2- OEM BMW N54 Intercooler from a friends car with highway mileage. Its a little beat up from rocks getting kicked up. But its still a fully usable Intercooler for cheap. If you just want to swap a stock one on onto your car, to sell it/warranty work/etc.. This is perfect for you.

I took best pics i could to show the bent/dented fins. Mounting tabs for bolts are good and piping connections are good. Priced low accordingly..
