As I understand it should only smoke on severe acceleration, shouldn't smoke on regular cruising or mild acceleration, if that's not the case check for boost leak etc like someone else mentioned the red hose was leaking

Wash it and try driving granny style for a tank or so to see what it looks like after NOT overfueling it for awhile. That should tell you whether or not it is all in the tune. I imagine that's the only issue, based on your 1/4 time. That thing's getting alot of fuel to run 12's.
