bmwhat app disabled my Angel Eyes???

Has this happened to anyone?

I just installed a set of depo v2 pre LCI e90 headlights and everything worked like a charm. All features work and Angel Eyes were bright as day.

Then I tried to use my bmwhat app with the bmwhat USB obdII reader to code my Angel Eyes as my DRL as I've coded lots of other stuff prior with no problem, but now my Angel Eyes won't come on anymore. No matter what icon the headlight switch is on I can get it to turn on anymore. I coded (active/not active) a bunch of stuff that had to do with Angel Eye and DRL and it now disabled the Angel Eyes.

How do I get it back on? I tried to undo what I did and tried different combinations and still no Angel Eyes.

Can anyone chime in?

Just answered my own question.

The corner LED value has to be "active"

I tried to "not active" that option so I'd just have angel eyes on without the corner lights on, I guess that disabled both

I have been racking my brain for months trying to figure out why my AEs weren't working, even after upgrading to the Lux V5s. Found your suggestion here and whaddaya know... suddenly everything works again.

Previous owner must have coded the corner delete mod because I never did, and my AEs haven't worked since I bought the car two years ago.

You just saved me from ripping my hair out. I just switched to depo headlights and was having the same issue.

Thanks!
