335i M-Sport Diffuser Help

I have an M-Sport rear bumper on my e92 08' 335i and just bought the IS diffuser thinking it would fit and it seems to be too wide. Is that because I don't have the aero bumper? It's also clearly missing pieces (where are the fins etc.?) So confused and can't seem to get any help with this... the guy at my body shop isn't familiar with BMW upgrades. Waited a few weeks for this to come from Germany and I feel like I screwed up .

The part number is 51120414376 . I have attached a picture of the diffuser piece I have, as well as the look that I am trying to achieve. What pieces do I need? Did I order the wrong part? Any help is greatly appreciated.

First, you need the rear m-sport bumper to fit the iS (Performance) diffuser.

Second, you'll have to trim the bumper to fit the performance diffuser.

Lastly, that is not the performance diffuser. I think you might've gotten the wrong part.

This is how a brand new authentic performance diffuser looks out of the box.

Really appreciate the help. Yea I screwed up and ordered the OEM diffuser for the aero kit (which is apparently not compatible). Now up for sale here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1315010
