2008 E92 M3, 88k, stock, no accident, priced to sell

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 22,500.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
UPDATE: NEW PICS ADDED

Current Mileage : 88,0xx (Will increase a bit as I DD my car for now)
Location: Grand Forks, ND
Asking Price $22,500..

Also on Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/222341868758). Didn't know they provide a free authocheck report. Feel free to check it out.

During my ownership (I am the 2nd owner), I put less than 17,000 miles (over 3 years) because I had other cars as daily. This car was under CPO Warranty till last year and I can assure you that everything was meticulously maintained by local BMW service.

Adult owned and never been molested. I am selling this to make a room for a new car. You can probably purchase an 08 with no service record for $19-20k.. Or you can buy mine with major maintenance already performed for
Final price drop. Instead of trade, just bought another car. Hoping to sell it at the price below.
$22,500 Final Price drop. This is probably the lowest price on well maintained 08 with full records.

Car comes with
Brand new brakes (Changed under warranty)
Oil change (Oil was changed every 4-5000 miles)
K&N Filter
GTS-DCT tune - Alpine
Custom Coding - Alpine
New throttle actuators (Left bank went south. Changed both to be safe. Close to $2000 for parts)
All services were done by BMW service (kept all documents)

Cons:
Paint is in good condition but you must consider that this car is almost 10 years old. During my ownership, I took care the car as much as I can but there are some minor wears (rock chips in front bumper, clearcoat pealing by low side of rear fenders). See Pics.
Missing rear Tow hook cover. 

Car has been very reliable and I have autocheck report available (No accident).
PM, Reply or Email me if you are interested. If I can’t sell it, I will probably hang on to it
