ECS Tuning poor packaging

Hey guys, I just recently received a package from ECS tuning where I purchased several items including a license plate holder, air ducts, stud conversion kit, spacers, and a few other things. Anyways, I opened the box and it looked like this

I removed the minimal air bag stuff they put in. Everything was just laying around all "free" with too much room to slide and move around everywhere. Who knows how fedex handled this package. I was most concerned with the plastic air ducts but after examining it, all the tabs and pieces were not broken. Luckily nothing was broken or damaged at all which surprised me. I've ordered from ECS in the past but never ordered multiple small items like this before. I would have been more comfortable if all the small parts were in boxes. I always had a good experience with ECS and will continue to buy from them but I just wanted to share with you guys the poor packaging job they did this time.

i ordered the OEM performance spoiler for the e92 and packing was so horrible considering that its carbon fiber i was amazed how it didn't crack upon delivery.

with doubt in my mind i ended up returning it and ordering from thebmwmini part store.

i have ordered from them (ECS) atleast three times with the same outcome..crappy packaging

I've had a similar experience with brake refresh kit, many tiny pieces tossed into boxes that are way too big.

Then it really comes down to whether the UPS guy is the type to fight with his wife, get yelled at by his kid, get cut off on the highway, and take it all out on your boxes!!!

Yes, their shipping has alot to be desired. (Box was either too big or not enough packing material) But everything arrived undamaged but shaken. lol.
