Messed up my very first coding job.
I think I messed up my very first coding job. I was attempting to code in a new battery from the stock 70Ah to 80Ah. Changed the battery values in VO then proceeded to code CAS module with 80Ah value. I missed the step where the FSW_PSW.TRC gets renamed to FSW_PSW.MAN. I ended up coding the car with the existing MAN file that was in the folder from the VM Package I download from this forum. Looks like the MAN file in the work folder did have the battery value to 80Ah but I have no idea what other settings might not be compatible with my 2011 335xi.
Could someone with a 2011 335XI post a copy for their CAS TRC file so I can compare. I have don't have comfort access on my car. |

At worst just recode it to defaults using the Expert profile. |

I think you have confused what you are doing.
You do not need to use any MAN file for what you wish. 1. (Which you say you have done) change VO in CAS and FRM with new battery option code. 2. Code CAS module to VO using an expert mode profile (without manipulation) and the job SG_CODERIEN. That's it. |
