K&N Air Filter

I have a '09 335xi - just put in a K&N filter to replace the stock "normal" filter.

When installing, it felt like it didn't slide in as well or as easily as the stock yellow filter that it came with. Had to kind of push it in a bit. Has anyone else experienced this?

Don't worry, it's all that extra horsepower you are trying squeezing in there.

It's a tight fit but it should be fine.

hahahahahahahahahaha in 1998 my Maxima forum said this would yield 2 HP, so I got it. About the only thing it did was to drop the mpgs. Back then, K&N claimed, "the dirtier it gets, the more effective it becomes."

Talk about snake oil. Then some dude had access to million dollar test equipment, which even K&N does not have, and he debunked their bs....
